Process Summary

•Step 1

•Copied the Isohyet.zip from R: drive to S: drive and unzipped.

•Step 2

•Opened AI. Opened georgia.ai file. Resized image a did a quick print.

•Step 3

•Traced out a rough draft with pencil on the paper map

•Step 4

•Went back into AI and created a new layer called "contours". Opened the pen tool and transcribed main contour lines onto the Geogria map. Switched to the pencil tool for drawing smaller and more detailed lines.

•Step 5

•Added text for rain values in a new layer. Adjusted sizes of text in order to fit within contours properly

•Step 6

•Adjusted color of all items in map for smooth viewing. Added all map esentials.

•Step 7

•Exported as jpeg.
